a song about a home town
Song By: Jordan Burnell Video By: Matt Popowich Beat By: Andrew Michael Recorded / Mixed By: Brenden 'Geebawk' Beaudoin Co-Producer: Ronnie LaVia Westfort Films
So many of my friends here in Thunder Bay (including my dear long time friend Merts), have sent me the link to this video, I thought I must post it here to share with you, too. It's nice to see young people telling their stories in their own ways.
Enjoyed the song and the sites of Thunder Bay (that road needs to be tarmacked...). Lots of chimneys spouting "shit", I presume... It seems to be a very industrial town and as all industrial towns, a bit depressive, don't you think? I saw the "Hoito" though! Hugs, M.
hello MP, well, as you know, there are many different stories of place. This is one young man's, or that of him and his friends. It shows parts of what our city is. I have shown you other parts. Like any place, it is both beautiful and ugly, a place of hope and a place of oppression.
